LimoAllOver provides booking, communication, payment-facilitation, and related technology. Independent Transportation Providers perform the transportation and remain responsible for their vehicles, chauffeurs, commercial insurance, safety, accidents, taxes, and legal compliance. This FAQ is general information only and is not a contract or legal advice. If an answer conflicts with an applicable legal agreement, the Customer Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Transportation Provider Agreement controls.
About LimoAllOver
LimoAllOver is a technology and booking marketplace that helps customers request, reserve, manage, communicate about, and pay for professional chauffeured transportation offered by independent Transportation Providers.
Under the current platform model, LimoAllOver provides technology and booking support. It does not itself perform the transportation accepted by an independent Transportation Provider.
No. LimoAllOver does not own, lease, maintain, operate, or control the vehicles used by Transportation Providers.
The ride is performed by the independent Transportation Provider that accepts the reservation. The Provider is responsible for the vehicle, chauffeur, transportation service, required operating authority, commercial insurance, and legal compliance.
No. A chauffeur may be an owner-operator or may be employed or engaged by an independent transportation company. Provider personnel are not employees, agents, or representatives of LimoAllOver.
It means the licensed or otherwise legally authorized independent transportation business that offers and performs the transportation service. Depending on the law, it may be a limousine company or an authorized owner-operator.
Customer Accounts and Reservations
A customer creates an account, enters accurate trip details, reviews the available service information and price, submits a request, and receives a confirmation when an independent Transportation Provider accepts the reservation.
No. A request is not guaranteed. A reservation is confirmed only when the Platform identifies it as confirmed or accepted.
Customers should provide accurate pickup and destination locations, date and time, passenger and luggage counts, flight details, accessibility needs, child-seat needs, contact information, and any other important service request.
Yes, if you are authorized to do so. You must provide accurate rider contact information, share the important booking terms with the rider, and remain responsible for charges and conduct connected with the reservation.
Not necessarily. Vehicle images and descriptions may be illustrative, and a comparable lawful substitute may be used when disclosed or reasonably necessary. A particular chauffeur or exact vehicle is not guaranteed unless the confirmed booking expressly says otherwise.
Yes. Traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, government action, safety concerns, and other events outside reasonable control may affect routing, availability, pickup, or arrival time.
Prices, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
The Platform will display or communicate the pricing method or quote before confirmation. Review all disclosed charges, taxes, tolls, airport or venue fees, waiting time, stops, parking, gratuity, cancellation terms, and special conditions before booking.
It may change when booking information changes, such as added stops, excess waiting time, a route or schedule change, extra service time, a larger vehicle, or other disclosed adjustable items.
LimoAllOver and its payment processors may facilitate payment for Platform reservations. A temporary card authorization may differ from the final charge, and customers must maintain a valid payment method.
Unless the checkout page states otherwise, gratuity is voluntary. Any displayed gratuity may be changed only as permitted by the Platform and the applicable booking policy.
The cancellation policy shown before confirmation applies to the reservation. Rules may differ by Provider, vehicle, airport, event, date, or advance-purchase service, and a cancellation may result in a partial or full charge.
The reservation may be treated as a no-show after the disclosed waiting period and reasonable contact attempts. The applicable no-show charge will depend on the booking terms.
No. Flight monitoring or complimentary waiting time applies only when offered in the booking. A flight delay does not automatically waive waiting, cancellation, or rescheduling charges.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method unless another method is permitted by law. The customer’s bank or card issuer may control processing time.
Ride Safety, Accessibility, and Customer Conduct
The independent Transportation Provider has immediate responsibility for safely and lawfully performing the accepted trip, including the vehicle, chauffeur, passenger handling, and incident response. LimoAllOver provides the technology platform.
Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first. The LimoAllOver Platform is not an emergency-response system. Contact Support@LimoAllOver.com after immediate safety needs have been addressed.
Lawful service animals must be accommodated as required by law. Customers should disclose mobility devices, accessibility needs, or special requests as early as possible so an appropriate Provider and vehicle can be identified.
Not unless LimoAllOver and the assigned Transportation Provider expressly approve the service in writing under a separate policy. Account holders must be at least 18 years old.
The customer is responsible for lawful child restraints unless the confirmed reservation expressly states that the Provider will supply one.
The customer may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for reasonable damage or extraordinary cleaning costs attributable to the customer or guests, beyond ordinary wear. Documentation and a dispute opportunity may apply.
Contact LimoAllOver support promptly. Recovery is not guaranteed, and reasonable return or delivery costs may apply. Do not leave hazardous, illegal, irreplaceable, or unusually valuable items in a vehicle.
Transportation Providers and the Driver App
A properly organized, registered, licensed, permitted, and commercially insured transportation company may apply. An individual owner-operator may apply only when legally authorized to operate the applicable transportation business in their own name.
No. A personal driver’s license and personal automobile insurance are not enough. The Provider must have all required business authority, for-hire or limousine credentials, vehicle approvals, chauffeur qualifications, inspections, and commercial insurance for the services offered.
The name identifies the application used by chauffeurs and transportation providers. It does not mean that a chauffeur is employed by LimoAllOver. The contracting Provider remains an independent transportation business using the LimoAllOver technology platform.
LimoAllOver may request business registrations, operating authority, licenses, permits, vehicle registrations, inspection records, chauffeur credentials, background-check documentation, commercial insurance, tax information, payout information, and other compliance records.
No. LimoAllOver may verify documents or conduct compliance reviews, but doing so does not make LimoAllOver the vehicle owner, employer, insurer, transportation operator, or guarantor of the Provider’s legal compliance.
Yes, unless a separate lawful commitment applies. A request is an opportunity, not guaranteed work. Once accepted, the Provider must perform it according to the confirmed booking, customer-facing terms, and applicable law.
Yes. Providers independently operate their businesses and may use other lawful channels and platforms. LimoAllOver does not guarantee a minimum number of requests, territory, revenue, or continued access.
The Provider is responsible for its wages, benefits, taxes, insurance premiums, fuel, maintenance, tolls, fines, licenses, vehicle costs, and other business expenses.
Providers must continuously maintain all insurance required by law and the services performed, including commercial automobile liability that permits for-hire passenger transportation and covers every vehicle and chauffeur used. Personal or livery-excluded insurance does not qualify.
The Provider is responsible for its transportation operations, vehicles, chauffeurs, passengers, accidents, insurance notices, claim cooperation, and legally required reporting, subject to responsibilities that applicable law does not allow a party to waive or transfer.
Address safety first and call emergency services when needed. The Provider must notify LimoAllOver as soon as safely possible and no later than 24 hours after a collision, injury, misconduct allegation, police contact, impoundment, insurance event, or other material service incident.
Not outside the Platform without prior authorization and full compliance by the replacement Provider. The assigned chauffeur, vehicle, and Provider must remain properly qualified, authorized, and insured.
Not unless the amount is lawfully due and authorized by the confirmed booking terms or LimoAllOver. Waiting time, tolls, stops, parking, damage, and other adjustable charges must be reported accurately and supported by records.
The applicable customer price, Provider payout, LimoAllOver fee or commission, payment schedule, cancellation treatment, and adjustments will be displayed or communicated through the Platform, booking record, rate card, or written commercial schedule.
Privacy, Location, and Account Controls
Depending on how you use the Platform, information may include account and identity details, reservation and trip information, device location, payment and transaction records, communications, support records, device and usage data, and Provider licensing, vehicle, insurance, payout, and compliance information.
With the applicable permission, location may be used to identify pickup points, support trip operations and safety features, provide location-based functions, and support Provider trip status. Device permissions can be controlled through operating-system settings.
Payment details are handled by payment processors. LimoAllOver may receive a token, transaction record, or limited payment details rather than a complete card number.
Information reasonably needed to evaluate, accept, perform, document, and support a reservation may be shared with the assigned independent Transportation Provider. Authorized service providers may also receive information for payment, hosting, mapping, communications, analytics, security, verification, or support functions.
The Privacy Policy states that LimoAllOver does not sell personal information for money. It also states that personal information is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising unless the notice and choice required by applicable law are provided first.
Use the account-deletion feature in the app when available or email Support@LimoAllOver.com. Deleting the app alone does not delete the account. Certain records may be retained when required or permitted for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, payment, insurance, tax, or dispute purposes.
No system can guarantee absolute security. LimoAllOver uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and users must protect passwords and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Include the account email or telephone number, reservation or trip identifier, date and time, a clear description of the issue, and relevant screenshots or documents. Do not email a complete payment card number or password.
No. This FAQ is a plain-language guide only. The Customer Terms of Use govern customers; the Privacy Policy governs personal information; and the Transportation Provider Agreement governs independent Providers. The applicable legal document controls if there is any conflict.
Yes. LimoAllOver may update this FAQ as Platform features, operations, or policies change. Material legal rights and obligations are governed by the applicable published agreement and its effective date.
