1. What This Policy Covers
1.1 Scope.
This Cookie Policy explains how Limo All Over Ltd and its service providers use cookies, pixels, software development kits (“SDKs”), local storage, and similar technologies on www.limoallover.com and in our applications. It supplements the Privacy Policy .
1.2 What these technologies do.
Cookies and similar technologies store or read information on a browser or device to keep sessions active, remember choices, measure performance, prevent fraud, understand use, and measure or deliver advertising.

3. Our Named Providers
3.1 Google Analytics.
Helps us understand aggregate and device-level interaction with the Platform, such as pages or screens viewed, referral source, approximate region, and events in the booking flow.
3.2 Google Ads.
Helps measure whether advertising results in visits or bookings and may support interest-based advertising when permitted by law and your choices.
3.3 Meta/Facebook Pixel.
Helps measure advertising performance and may allow Meta to associate Platform activity with information it already holds, subject to Meta’s terms, applicable law, and your choices.
3.4 Stripe.
Uses technologies necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, and secure checkout. Some Stripe technologies may be essential to complete a transaction.
4. Mobile Applications
4.1 SDKs and identifiers.
Our customer and driver Android applications may use SDKs and device identifiers for authentication, payments, notifications, diagnostics, analytics, and security. Mobile operating-system controls may differ from browser cookie controls.
4.2 Location is addressed separately.
Location permission is not a cookie preference. Customer location is collected only during an active trip if permission is granted. Driver location may be collected while Online/Available and during booking performance. See the Privacy Policy and device permission screen.
5. Your Controls
- Cookie Settings: use the banner or persistent settings link to accept, reject, or change non-essential categories.
- Browser settings: block, delete, or limit cookies. Blocking essential technologies may prevent login, booking, or payment.
- Mobile controls: use Android settings to control advertising identifiers, application permissions, notifications, and stored application data.
- Advertising choices: Google and Meta offer account-level advertising controls. Those controls are operated by the respective provider.
- Opt-out signals: where legally required and technically supported, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request for that browser or device.
Effect of clearing cookies. If you clear browser data or use another browser or device, we may no longer recognize your previous selection and you may need to set it again.
6. Retention
6.1 Duration.
Some technologies last only for the current session; others remain for a defined period or until deleted. Duration depends on purpose and provider configuration. We will configure non-essential technologies for periods reasonably necessary for analytics, campaign measurement, security, and preference management.
7. Changes
7.1 Updates.
We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent when required.
